Present Indefinite:


Interrogative affirmative:
DO/DOES+SUB+V1+OBJ

Example:
Do you go to Kolkata?
Do you like mango?
Does he/she like mangoes?

Interrogative negative:
DO/DOES+NOT+SUB+V1+OBJ

Example:
Do not you go to Kolkata?
Do not you like mango?
Does not he/she like mangoes?

Present Continuous:


Interrogative affirmative:
AM/IS/ARE+SUB+ING+ OBJ

Example:
Am I eating rice?
Are you seeing a bird?
Is he playing cricket?

Interrogative negative:
AM/IS/ARE+NOT+SUB+ING+ OBJ

Example:
Am not I eating rice?
Are not you seeing a bird?
Is not he playing cricket?

Present Perfect:
